JU Signs Contract with Baptist Health for Student Health Clinic
Agreement Gives JU Students Access to Baptist Health's Circle of Care

Jacksonville, Florida, July 30, 2008 -- Effective immediately, Baptist Urgent Care in Arlington, located at 1021 Cesery Blvd., will be the new off-site clinic for Jacksonville University students and student-athletes.

Baptist Urgent Care in Arlington, which is located just 1.6 miles from the JU campus, will allow more than 1,200 students to have access to a "medical home" in Jacksonville. Because Baptist Urgent Care is affiliated with Baptist Health, the students will also have access to the health system's entire circle of care when necessary, including physician specialists, diagnostics, outpatient services and inpatient care. Students will also have access to Baptist Primary Care offices located near the university, including:
