Everything from childbirth classes and infant safety, to grandparent and sibling classes will help expectant families to prepare for the new arrival and have fun doing so.

Beginning March 19, 2009, moms-to-be and dads-to-be can enjoy an exercise or educational class in one of five locations: the learning studio at Destination Maternity in The Markets at Town Center, 4880 Big Island Drive, Suite 6; along with Baptist Medical Center Downtown, Baptist Medical Center Beaches, Baptist Medical Center Nassau and Baptist Medical Center South.

Classes include: Early Pregnancy Class, Childbirth Classes, Grandparents Class, Breastfeeding Class, New Fathers Class, Sibling Class, Lactation Counseling, Postpartum Support Group, Infant CPR, Infant Safety and Car Seat Safety. Whether newly pregnant or in their ninth month, new or experienced moms and their families can participate in creative activities and courses taught by experienced certified instructors with Baptist Health.
