Hospitalist Program

Baptist Beaches hospitalists are primary care physicians who practice inside our hospital, providing continuity of care for our patients by staying current with their conditions and caring for them on an immediate basis, as needed. They provide a vital link between the patient's physicians, nurses and family members, facilitating connections on the patient's behalf with the health care resources needed during and after the hospital stay.

Additionally, because they are on duty for extended periods each day, they are able to communicate with family members who may have irregular schedules. The hospitalist program is yet another indication of our commitment to quality patient care.
