Ron Robinson,

Administrator
Ron Robinson, FACHE, is the Administrator of Baptist Medical Center South, which opened February 16, 2005. He joined Baptist Health in 2002, prior to the opening of the hospital, to lead the design, construction and operations of the new hospital.
He came to Baptist Health from Baptist Medical Center North in Oxford Mississippi, where he was Chief Operating Officer. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Lexington Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina, and spent almost 11 years at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville, Kentucky, most of which serving as Vice President of Operations.
Robinson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University and his Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University.
Community involvement has played a major role in Robinson's professional life. He is a Board member of the Deerwood Rotary and is Vice Chairman of the University of North Florida's Health Care Administration Board
Robinson is a graduate of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2004.
Stephen Lee
Assistant Administrator, Clinical and Support Services
Stephen Lee has served as the Assistant Administrator of Clinical and Support Services since April 2003. Currently, he has responsibility for the following departments: Emergency Department, Cardiopulmonary, Radiation Oncology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation Services, Imaging, Health Information Management, Plant Facilities, Security, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition, and Patient Access Services. He played an integral part in the creation of Baptist South's system of electronic accesses and processes for the electronic environment.
Lee is a graduate of the Executive Fellowship program with the Health Care Advisory Board in Washington, D.C. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, his master's degree in education from the University of North Florida, and his doctorate degree from Florida State University.
After serving eight years in the banking industry, Lee began his health care career in a private physician's office in 1988, where he spent the next five years. In 1993, he began a long and rewarding relationship with Baptist Health.
Tammy Daniel RN,
BSN, CCRN, MHA
Assistant Administrator, Nursing
Tammy Daniel RN, BSN, CCRN, MHA joined Baptist Medical Center South in October 2007 with more than 15 years of proven success in nursing leadership, including a five-year role as Director of Nursing at Memorial Hospital - Flagler. Most recently, Daniel served as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast, Florida.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Marycrest College in Davenport, Iowa, and a Master of Health Care Administration degree from Webster University in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Daniel is currently a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives. She also serves as a member of the Community Board for the American Heart Association and is a community leader for the American Cancer Association.
