James is chief of the Lucy Gooding Pediatric
Neurosurgery Center at the University of
Florida (UF) Jacksonville/Wolfson Children's
Hospital. In addition, he is associate professor
and chief of the Division of Pediatric
Neurosurgery for UF Jacksonville and Wolfson
Children's Hospital. James is a fellow of the
American Academy of Pediatrics and is a
member of the International Society for
Pediatric Neurosurgery and American Society
for Pediatric Neurosurgery, as well as the
Pediatric Section of the American Board of
Neurological Surgeons.
James has published more than 200 articles during his career and, in addition to English, speaks Spanish and
Portuguese.
