Dr. Zeal is Medical Director of the Gamma Knife Center. He has been applying his expertise in the field of neurosurgery for more than 30 years. Dr. Zeal is a member of the Florida Society of Neurosurgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Heart Association Stroke Council.
Zeal is widely published in the areas of microvascular anatomy, microsurgical dissection for intracranial aneurysms and microdissection for acoustic neuromas. He has lectured extensively on these and other topics related to surgical treatment of neurological problems and is an investigator in the use of chemotherapy implantation in the brain to treat certain brain tumors.
