Our Team
Baptist Occupational Health Southside Dr. Czerkawski is board certified in internal medicine and has received Certification of Additional Qualifications (CAQ) in sports medicine. He has been practicing occupational and sports medicine for Baptist for more than 15 years. He is the medical director for Baptist Occupational Health and Baptist Urgent Care. He provides medical director services for many employers and oversees our Baptist@Work programs. He has been the University of North Florida head team physician since 1993. 
Liberto M. Colombo, Jr., DOBaptist Occupational Health Ramona Dr. Colombo graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Public Health for board certification in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and has more than 23 years practicing occupational, aviation and travel medicine. He is also the certified medical review officer (MRO) for Baptist Occupational Health. |
