Baptist Infusion Therapy is a full-service home infusion therapy company offering a complete line of medications for administration in the home, including antibiotics, pain management, and total parenteral nutrition. Infusion therapy is coordinated with nursing services.

Baptist Infusion Therapy is staffed by registered pharmacists specializing in all aspects of infusion therapy in the home care setting. Our pharmacists are trained to provide medication management for patients with altered nutritional needs, problems with pain control, or antibiotics that have special dosing requirements.

Most major insurance plans are accepted (including Medicare and Medicaid) and the patient's insurance is filed directly with the payor. You can choose to pay on a cash basis for services not covered by insurance.

We provide service to a five county area including Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties.
