Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs
Do you have Drug and Alcohol Problems?
Do you have Depression/Anxiety/Bipolar Disorder?
Don't Want To Spend The Night In The Hospital?
Don't Feel Like Once A Week Therapy Is Enough?
An Intensive Outpatient Program may be the answer!
The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) are available to individuals requiring outpatient treatment for psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency issues. The programs operate Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 2:30pm. Individuals may themselves call for an assessment appt (
Rose Carpenter, Secretary - 202.2296) or be referred by a physician, counselor, or other care provider in the community. Most insurance plans are welcome.
Therapy utilizes primarily a group modality, along with individual sessions, as required. The length of stay is seven to ten days. National data suggests that 57.5% of clients report their ability to manage daily activities improved "a great deal" or "a lot", with treatment.
