The Wolfson Wellness Center, located on the 2nd Floor of the Heart Hospital is pleased to provide Massage Therapy. There are many benefits associated with Massage Therapy such as:

• helps relieve muscle tension and stiffness
• provides greater joint flexibility and range of motion

• promotes deeper and easier breathing
• helps relieve stress and aids in relaxation

Offering the following types of Massage:

Swedish Massage: The most common type of massage; given to relax, reduce stress, and increase circulation and range of motion.

Neuromuscular Therapy: Used to help stop spasms and pain by applying pressure to specific points in the muscles that are painfully irritated (trigger points).

Deep Tissue Massage: A massage with firmer pressure that works deeply into the muscles and connective tissues to release chronic aches and pains.

Chair Massage: Massage given while you are fully clothed and seated in a special portable chair.

30 minute massage - $40.00
1 hour massage - $55.00
