The Women's Board of Wolfson Children's Hospital is a volunteer organization whose mission is to further community awareness of Wolfson Children's Hospital's services and facilities and to raise money to ensure the finest pediatric healthcare is available. Each year, The Women's Board holds two major fundraising events, the Art & Antiques Show and the Florida Forum, which are two of Jacksonville's most popular cultural events.

Since its founding by Ellen Cavert more than a quarter century ago, The Women's Board has donated more than $18.5 million to support programs at Wolfson Children's Hospital. In 2008. The Women's Board demonstrated its dedication to improving the quality of health care in the community by donating a record $2 million to Wolfson Children's Hospital for the Children's Emergency Center and Children's Surgical Services, which accounts for more than 10,000 surgeries annually to 98 percent of the children in our region.
