For your convenience, we have provided two options for you to make a gift:

• You can complete the Online Donation Form on our website. With this method you can use your credit card (either VISA, Mastercard or American Express) to make your gift. Please complete the Online Donation Form and then send it to us by clicking on the "To Submit Donation" button near the bottom of the form.

If you are making a donation towards the Race For Strong Hearts - please remember to add a note when you are filling out the form under special instructions that you are supporting the Race for Strong Hearts.

• If you wish to mail your donation, click here to get a print copy of the Donation Form. With this method you can use your credit card (either VISA, Mastercard or American Express) to make your gift. Please complete the form and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of the form.
